Use of Services
Information on this site may contain typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Complete Cleaning reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Complete Cleaning or team members believe that customer conduct, including behaviour and/or verbal conduct is in a manner deemed inappropriate and/or violates our terms and/or applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Complete Cleaning. Complete Cleaning, its employees and/or contractors accepts no liability for breakage and or damage, caused directly and or indirectly to a property and or contents within whilst performing and/or after completion of services.

We may send you announcements and other important information in connection with your use of our site. You may opt out of some of these communications at any time.

Weekends and Public Holiday Surcharge
Please note that a 10% surcharge applies on weekends and public holidays.

Payments, Pricing, Services, Appointments, Rescheduling, Cancellations
Payment for services is required at point of booking or within 48 hours of service/invoice issue. Failure to provide payment prior to the commencement of services, the booking will be cancelled and may result in the cancellation of all bookings.
Failure of payment may result in re-issuing of invoice(s) in-addition to late payment fee(s) of $5.00 per notice and/or cancellation of future bookings. All appointments allocated are the clients’ responsibility to record and keep to the allocated appointment time as no reminder will be issued’. If the client fails to attend the appointment or arrange suitable entry to the premises, the service will be cancelled. An appointment or booking will be cancelled if our cleaner(s) are required to wait more than 10 minutes to gain access to a property at the designated appointment time. Any bookings cancelled and/or requests for rescheduling within 12 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 100% service charge. All prices as indicated on website(s), promotional material and but not limited to quotes and tenders, are subject to service price increase(s) on the 1st January per year, CPI adjustments and or as deemed required by Complete Cleaning.

Safety and Security
Complete Cleaning values the safety of our team. Therefore we reserve the right to withdraw services if a property is deemed to be unsafe, which may include (but are not limited to) structural, biological or chemical hazards. Our team members of professional cleaners and may carry personal body alarms to your property. In the event of extreme weather conditions and or temperature conditions forecast to be 40 degrees or above, your appointment may be rescheduled to another date. In the event that you and or a person within your property is suffering from an illness or is feeling unwell, for the well-being of our cleaning team members, we require you to advise us as soon as possible if there is someone in your home who is suffering from an illness. This will enable us reschedule your appointment to another date. In the event failure to advise our services will be cancelled and the booking forfeited. Where provided access to property(s) by way of keys and or security access codes, you will be bound by our disclosure waiver agreement.
Inclusions and Exclusions
Regular Cleaning services includes general cleaning, bathrooms, toilets, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, kitchen including stove top and microwave. It does not include the cleaning of exhaust fans, filters, blinds, inside draws, oven, walls, inside windows, lighting fixture(s), carpet cleaning, ceilings and or at height cleaning, chimney cleaning, outside doors and windows, balconies, pathways or of heavy build-up. Additional services will incur charges at the specified hourly rate.

Quotes
Complete Cleaning has a high standard of cleaning service. Time quoted and allocated to facilitate our service is a general guide of service. Should our team members deem it necessary to allocate additional time for the service required, Complete Cleaning reserves the right to amend time allocations for the cleaning service and the client incur additional charges therefor.
